Pictures in the park.

Me: "Haven, look at Mama's phone!" 


(Sonja tries to turn Haven's head toward the phone.)

Me: "There you go. Who's a cute baby?"


Sonja: "Look Haven, it's Haven!"

Sonja: (laughing) "Silly Haven! You're not supposed to eat the Baby Bjorn!"

Me: "I think she wants you to see her flowers, Sonja."

(But Sonja is too enthralled with the iPhone to pay attention to Haven's flowers.)

Sonja: "Look, Mama! It's you!"


Me: "It is! And you and Haven too."

Sonja: "Can you see my tongue, Mama?"


Me: "Yes, Baby. Can you take your finger out of your mouth now, please?"

Haven: "Dat dat dat!" (shaking her flowers at the phone.)


Sonja: "That's you, Haven!"

(Haven looks at Sonja.)


Sonja: "We're in your phone, Mama!"


Me: "Yep, now we're all in the phone together."
